Cose Belle Cose Rare specialise in the production of objects in Murano glass, by means
of handmade craftsmanship. Situated in San Bartolomeo in Galdo, Campana region in Southern
Italy.
The company's continuous research of clients tastes, the variety of products, styles, beauty,
and the sensation that important objects transmits to those who observe all play a major part
in the designing stage through to production.
This is guided by the idea of class and preciousness, these are only some of the elements
which contribute to the success of the company, which today represents an economical, dimensional
and cutting edge business in the Campana region.
Above all the originality of the craftmanship and the idea to bring the business into San
Bartolomeo in Galdo, the methods, techniques and the secrets of the Murano glass teachers
"maestri", who have been specially recruited with the intention to create a new
generation of Murano glass "maestri".
Even though the company is situated far from the original area in which this medieval art
was born, Cose Belle Cose Rare has been able to reproduce the same beauty, creativity and
fantasy typical of the art in Southern Italy.
The ability to maintain a high level of quality in the products and services whilst at the
same time continuing to better the level of quality and the reduction of the environmental
impact derived from the company.
Providing a system of Intergrated Management Quality and Environment as defined by UNI EN
ISO 9001: 2000 and UNI EN ISO 14001: 2004.
The management team on re-examination and verification internally assure that all legal requirements
are adhered to, actioned and maintained by all levels of the organisation.
Internally monitored on the efficiency and performance for quality and environment are evident,
continuing to improve in every area.
The intergrated policy is available to the public via the website or pubblication by request.
The publication can also be found on the Company Intranet.
This enables the person to view the execution of the business with " Environmental Insight"
working to the objectives of improvements in the level of quality of service, with significant
environmental aspects, immersed in the analysis of environmental issues (refuse, consumption
of natural resources etc ) and the reduction of pollution derived from the business.
The business has formulated a series of realistic and measurable objectives :
• Implementation of Invoices throughout the geographical market, launching new product
lines, potential network of sales and marketing.
• Improvement with regards to customer satisfaction through producing products of
high quality, improve packaging, with the intention of reducing costs incurred
by repairs and breakages.
• Optisimising the production process through improvement of production time and
reduction of scrap/defected materials.
• Creating a binding relationship with the suppliers regarding agreements with policy
and objectives.
• Use of natural resources and raw materials.
• Reduction of energy consumption and elimation of waste.
• Reduction of refuse produced in connection with the production.
• Minimisation of accidents and environmental emergencies.
The objectives, in accordance with scientific and technological processes which applies to
the market, all businesses, their services and processes, utilising the best technology available
and the most practical and economical solutions. The management team upholds to make available
all human resources and technical assistance necessary for the success of the objectives.
For this we take on the following commitments:
• To form and stabilise employees within the environment and to follow the quality
procedures through predisposition of the plan and the daily problems which
may be incurred by the personnel.
• To prevent pollution and / or diminish the impact this has on the environment.
• To always be in compliance with the national and local legislation with regards
to the environment.
• Continually improve our environmental performance.
• Innovate products and processes, maintaining the dynamics of the market and the
demands from the customers.
