01 Do you ship Worldwide?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs is automatically calculated at checkout. We run constant discounts and promotions so stay tuned via our newsletter or the top banner to check them out!
02 How long will it take to get my orders?
Every item in our shop is handmade and time may very. Usually for most items is 2-6 working days, while for the chandeliers ia about 15-45 days depending on the model and size required.
03 Do you customize items?
Yes we do! Since we are a factory, we can change colors and size of any items. In that case we require a minimum of 5 pcs per item, which doesn't apply to chandeliers. Feel free to write any color changes during the making of the order or contact us for more information!
04 Damaged Item?
If you receive any damaged items, you have a maximum of 48 hours (after delivery) to get in touch with us via email or Live Chat, with proof of the damage. Our team will be prompt to assist you. Each case is validated individually
