This Agreement shall remain in force until terminated by you or Cose Belle Cose Rare.

Cose Belle Cose Rare may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any reason or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without notice.


This Agreement will be terminated immediately, without notice by Cose Belle Cose Rare, if you do not comply with any provision of this Agreement. You may also terminate this Agreement by deleting the website and all copies thereof from your computer.

Upon termination of this Agreement, you will cease all use of the website and delete all copies of the website from your computer.


Termination of this Agreement will not limit any of the rights or remedies of Cose Belle Cose Rare by law or in equity in the event of your breach (during the duration of this Agreement) of any of your obligations under this Agreement.


Notice of copyright infringement

YOU AND COSE BELLE COSE RARE AGREE that any cause of action arising out of or related to services MUST commence within one (1) year of the nature of the cause of action.

Otherwise, this action is permanently excluded.

Waiver

Subject to this provision, failure to exercise a right or a failure to request compliance with an obligation under this Agreement will not affect the ability of a party to exercise that right or to require such compliance at any later time, nor will the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.

No failure or delay in the exercise by either party of any right or power under this Agreement shall constitute a waiver of such right or power. Nor will the individual or partial exercise of any right or power under this Agreement preclude the further exercise of that or any other right granted herein. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and any applicable purchase or other terms, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.

Amendments to this Agreement

Cose Belle Cose Rare reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a review is substantial, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms enter into force. What constitutes a material change will be determined in our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our website after any revisions take effect, you agree to be bound by the amended terms. If you do not accept the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use Cose Belle Cose Rare.

Whole agreement
