Definitions and key terms
To help explain things as clearly as possible in this Return and Refund Policy, whenever reference is made to any of these terms, they are strictly defined as:
- Company: When this policy mentions "Company", "we", "us" or "our", it refers to COSE BELLE COSE RARE, which is responsible for your information under this Return and Refund Policy.
- Customer: refers to the company, organization or person who signs up for the COSE BELLE COSE RARE Service to manage relationships with their consumers or users of the service.
- Device: any Internet-connected device such as phone, tablet, computer or any other device that can be used to visit COSE BELLE COSE RARE and use the services.
- Service: means the service provided by COSE BELLE COSE RARE as described in the relevant terms (if any) on this platform.

Return and refund policy
Thank you for buying from COSE BELLE COSE RARE. We appreciate that you like our products. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while exploring, evaluating and shopping on our site.
As with any purchase experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions on COSE BELLE COSE RARE. By placing an order or making a purchase, at COSE BELLE COSE RARE, you agree to the terms indicated below together with the Privacy Policy of COSE BELLE COSE RARE.
If there is something wrong with the product/service you have purchased, or if you are not satisfied, you have 14 days to request a refund, after 14 days, from the delivery of the product, you will no longer be entitled to a refund.
Once the return request has been made, the customer has 7 days to make the shipment of the product that you want to return, to receive the total amount.
After 7 days and no later than 14, from the date of request for return of the order/ product, each shipment made will be entitled to a partial refund equal to 70% of the amount of the value of the product/s.
After the 14th day from the date of the order/product return request, you will not be entitled to any refund.
In case of damage caused during transport, the customer is required to report it promptly within 2 days of delivery, via email, attaching multimedia evidence such as photos or videos.
Each refund request related to transport damage will be evaluated individually by a competent team to determine the cause and possibly proceed with the refund.
After 2 days from the delivery of the order, no damage reports will be taken into account and the customer will no longer be entitled to a refund.
If a free replacement is approved, the customer agrees that this option automatically cancels the right to a refund for the item in question.
Once the customer confirms their intention to receive the replacement of the damaged product, it will no longer be possible to request a return or refund.
The replacement is to be considered a final resolution of the issue related to the damaged item. Any subsequent refund requests will not be accepted.
If you want to return a product, the only way is to follow these guidelines:
- The package must be returned with the purchase receipt
- The product must be in the same packaging in which we shipped it
- The product must be free of damage or changes, otherwise, you will not be entitled to refund.
Lack of Conformity
Our Murano Glass products are completely handmade. Cose Belle Cose Rare is committed to providing the customer with an authentic product that reflects as much as possible the images, colors and dimensions on our website. Despite this we want to clarify that every single product is unique and subject to small variations in shapes and/ or sizes.
In the event that a product purchased by the customer does not comply with the contract of sale, due to a manufacturing defect or any alleged lack of conformity, the customer is asked
to immediately notify our customer service (using the channels indicated below in the "Contact Us" section).
The customer, upon notification and confirmation (by customer service), is entitled to a partial refund of up to a maximum of 20% of the amount of the product, excluding shipping costs.
Refunds
We at Cose Belle Cose Rare are committed to serving our customers with the best products. Every single product you choose will be thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packed with the utmost care. We do this to ensure the highest quality standards of our products.
Unfortunately, there are times when we may not have the products you have chosen in stock or we may have problems with our inventory and quality control. In these cases, we may have to cancel your order; you will be notified in advance so that you do not have to worry unnecessarily. If you purchased via online payment you will be refunded once our team has confirmed your request.
We carry out a thorough quality control before processing the ordered item. We take the utmost care when packaging the product. At the same time we make sure that the packaging is good so that the items are not damaged during transport. Please note that COSE BELLE COSE RARE is not responsible for damage caused to items during transit or transport
We will examine the returned product as soon as we receive it and, if it follows the above guidelines, we will issue a refund of your purchase, on the same payment method used to purchase it. You will receive an email when we issue the refund for your return (once we have received and checked this); remember that banks may need a few days to credit the refund.
Dispatch
COSE BELLE COSE RARE is not responsible for shipping costs for return. Each return shipment is charged to the buyer, even if the order had free shipping.
