Introduction

These general conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") govern all sales of Cose Belle Cose Rare products (hereinafter "Products" or "Products") made through the use of the website www.cosebellecoserare.com.

 

These Conditions apply to contracts for the purchase of Products made at a distance, or in any case outside the commercial premises, between Cose Belle Cose Rare (hereinafter also referred to as the "Seller") exclusively with subjects defined as consumers, who purchase the Products for personal use (hereinafter the "Customer" or "Customers).

By consumer, it must mean any natural person who acts, with purposes not related to their commercial, entrepreneurial, craft or professional activity, greater than 18 years (or who in any case are deemed to be of legal age in their own country) or even to minor subjects, provided authorized by their legal representative.

 

The resale or sale of the Products purchased on the Website is expressly prohibited when made for commercial or professional purposes.

 The languages used to conclude the purchase contract on the Website are the following: Italian, English.

Cose Belle Cose Rare reserves the right to modify and/or supplement these Terms at any time. The purchase of the Products is governed by the Conditions of Sale on the Website and in force at the time of purchase; the Customer is obliged, before making any purchase on the Website, to carefully read these Conditions.

Any modification, integration or replacement of these Terms with an updated version implies the automatic inapplicability, ineffectiveness and inopponibilità in respect of Cose Belle Cose Rare realized in a moment after such modification, integration or replacement.

 The information relating to our Products, the relevant technical specifications of the Product and any options (such as, for example, the number of lights, color, dimensions, etc.) relating to the Product are available on the Website.

 The representation of the Products as displayed on the Site may differ from reality; the Customer, before proceeding with the purchase, must, therefore, rely on the description of the Product and the information related to it.

 In any case, Cose Belle Cose Rare cannot be held responsible in any way for any errors resulting from the failure of the Customer’s connection to the Site.

PRICE AND METHOD OF PAYMENT

The price of the Products indicated on the Site is expressed in Euro and is to be understood as including VAT for EU Buyers, while for non-EU Buyers, VAT is not applied (not taxable article 8 of DPR n. 633/72). For products selected for purchase or included in the "Cart", the unit price, the total price and the total amount of VAT included, expressed in Euro, or non-taxable, as well as any shipping costs, if any, that will be indicated separately. However, for any additional cost, Cose Belle Cose Rare will request the express consent of the Customer.

While assiduously checking the accuracy of the prices indicated on the Site, Cose Belle Cose Rare cannot guarantee the absolute absence of errors. In the rare event that an error occurs in the indication of the price of a Product, we will immediately reject the order by providing the Customer the opportunity to purchase the Product at the correct price. If the error is found at a time after the acceptance of the order, we will immediately report it, giving the Customer the opportunity to cancel the order.

 The Customer will be charged the price shown on the Cart at the time of confirmation made by selecting the Purchase Button.

 To make the purchase of our Products there are various methods of payment. The Customer may in fact make the payment of the consideration and shipping costs, if any, by:

• Bank transfer: the data for the transfer of the consideration will be sent to the Customer as soon as the order is completed. Payment must be made no later than 3 working days from the date of order confirmation. For international transfers, which may take longer to process, please provide a copy of the transfer (by email). In the event that, after this period, the funds corresponding to these amounts are not available on the current account indicated, Cose Belle Cose Rare will not execute the contract and the same must be considered canceled;

• Paypal: the Customer can pay the fee conveniently through their Paypal account

• Credit card: the Customer may use his credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express) directly from our Site;

In the event that the Customer uses the credit card as payment method, he confirms and guarantees to be the holder of the credit card used and certifies the correctness of the data entered during the purchase such as: the number, the expiry date and, where necessary, the security code. However, Cose Belle Cose Rare will charge the transaction to the customer only after verifying the following conditions: (i) credit card details; (ii) receipt of the debit authorization by the issuing company the credit card used by the Customer; (iii) the confirmation of the availability of the Product by Cose Belle Cose Rare and in any case after the order is ready to be processed.

 For the purposes of payment by other means, the Customer confirms and guarantees to be the holder of the account used for the purchase.

 

The shipment of the purchased Products will be made only after the payment of the fee due by the Customer has been successful. In the event that the charge, for whatever reason, is not possible, Cose Belle Cose Rare will send a communication to the customer about the cancellation and cancellation of the sale.

 For each successful order, an invoice will be issued and sent to the Customer by e-mail. The invoice will be issued on the basis of the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order. After the invoice is issued, no changes will be allowed.

Packing

Each product is packed with care, through the use of materials such as bubble wrap, sponge, polystyrene and cardboard. Where possible it will always be used partially or totally recycled filler material to safeguard the environment. In the rare event of breakages during transport, the customer is obliged to contact Cose Belle Cose Rare, by email, to report any damage to the product/s/s by, and no later than, 2(two) days after delivery.
