SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Cose Belle Cose Rare Products are shipped, properly packaged, via the best insured express couriers (GLS for Italy, GLS / FedExfor the European Union, FedEx for the United States and the non-EU States). The Products will be delivered to the address specified by the Customer during the Checkout Procedure. Cose Belle Cose Rare offers, as an additional delivery option, the possibility for the Customer, by appointment, collection at the registered office in Via contrada Capuana Z.I. snc -San Bartolomeo in Galdo 82028 (BN), P. Iva and C.F. n. IT01295780629.
Once the package is shipped, it will be sent by e-mail to the address indicated in the Order Proposal, the tracking code to track the shipment that will be delivered within the time indicated by the courier depending on the country and the destination area.
Product delivery times may vary depending on the product ordered, packaging and shipping location. In any case, except in case of force majeure events or unforeseeable circumstances, delivery times are between 10 and 30 working days from the confirmation of the order.
At the time of delivery, the Customer (or a third party delegated by him) will verify that: (i) the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport document; (ii) check the status of the packaging and its seals, verifying that it is intact, undamaged, not wet or altered in any other way; (iii) sign to confirm receipt of the delivery; (iiii) where requested by the Courier, produce an ID. Any damage to the packaging or the Products must be immediately communicated and disputed in writing on the Courier’s transport document and by means of evidence of actual damage and/or product integrity. Once the transport document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any complaint about the
external characteristics of the package delivered;
For any collection at our headquarters, the Customer must bring with him a document of identity and a copy (digital or paper) of the e-mail confirmation that the Products are ready for collection.
